NECA Announces Prometheus Series 1

Just in time for the US theatrical release of Ridley Scott’s latest venture back into the Alien franchise, NECA has released images and information on the first series of Prometheus figures.  As I think most would expect, the first series will contain two variations of the Space Jockey, or Engineer as they are referred to in the film.  The Engineer comes in two flavors: the pressure suit which seems to be their normal garb in the film, and the infamous flight (chair) suit.  Here are all the details:

Now I am personally really excited for these.  Having just saw the movie today as well probably has me pumped, but I have to admit it wasn’t one of the best movies out there.  However I loved the visual presentation and the Engineer look is incredible so I am really glad to be getting these guys first.

I do hope NECA eventually does something like a deluxe flight chair, or gets the rights to do David because Michael Fassbender kills it as him.  I won’t go any further into my wish list as it would probably end up in spoiler territory, but if they ever thought about something from concept art from the movie … I would love this!  Whatever, just don’t scroll down if you don’t want to know.

Seriously hit back now …
