SDCC 2013: Hasbro Four New Exclusives Update

Well, Hasbro has just upped the ante in the San Diego Comic Convention exclusive war.  In an update from USA Today, they have revealed a good number of their SDCC 2013 exclusives.  This news drop includes exclusives from GI Joe, Transformers, My Little Pony, Marvel Legends, and Jem and the Holograms.  All of these figures will eventually be available on Hasbrotoyshop, their online store, but who knows when as they never announce the date or time that they will be selling them.

SDCC 2013 Hasbro Thunderbolts Boxset Exclusive

Marvel Legends fans will be happy to see Hasbro has put together a new box set for SDCC this year.  Last year’s box set had three figures, but this year they are upping the figure count to five.  The Marvel Legends Thunderbolts set of Luke Cage, Crossbones, Judith Chambers, Moonstone, and Ghost will be their largest Marvel Legends box set in years.  The set will run you $89.99, but that is a small price to pay for three new characters and two that needed to be redone.

SDCC 2013 Hasbro Jem Exclusive

Jem and the Holograms fans should be glad to know there is a new exclusive this year as well!  Hasbro and Integrity Toys were so happy with last year’s sales that Jem will be coming back as “Glitter N’ Gold.”  Glitter N’ Gold Jem will be extremely limited and will cost $140.

SDCC 2013 Hasbro GI Joe Transformers Exclusive

Every year Hasbro likes to do a GI Joe and Transformers mashup and this year is no exception.  Their third annual offering will be a GI Joe V.A.M.P. vehicle in Autobot Hound’s colors and a Skystriker in Autobot Jetfire’s deco.  Packed in with these amazing vehicles will be Snake Eyes with Autobot symbols, Baroness with Ravage on a leash, Autobot Blaster (boombox form) with tapes, and a robot samurai warrior.  This epic set will be $99.99 and if prior years are an indicator it will go FAST!

SDCC 2013 Hasbro My Little Pony Exclusive

Finally we have one for all the bronies out there: My Little Pony Friendship is Magic DJ PON-3.  This pony will cost you a cool $49.99, but with ponies is price really a concern?  Didn’t think so.

Nice to see you put MLP up there 🙂 The price of ponies is always worth it, Vinyl will make a great addition to my collection… if I plan on getting it that is…
